HOW TO USE IT
  1. Load the PDF. CLEKARA tells you how many pages it has and shows an example of a valid range for that document.
  2. Choose By page ranges and type them — for example 1-3, 4-7, 8 — or choose Every page separately.
  3. Press Split PDF. Download each file individually, or all of them at once in a ZIP.
HOW IT WORKS

Valid examples

1-3 makes one file with the first three pages. 1-3, 8 makes two files: one with pages 1 to 3 and another with page 8 alone. 5 extracts a single page.

Ranges are checked against the real document before anything runs: a reversed range, a page that does not exist or an unreadable entry is reported immediately, with the reason, instead of producing a broken file.

LIMITS

One by one or in a ZIP

When there is more than one result, a Download ZIP button appears. The ZIP is built in your browser and stores the files without extra compression, because PDFs are already compressed.

Splitting every page of a very long document is capped at 200 files per operation — beyond that, use ranges. Password-protected PDFs need their protection removed first.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I write the ranges?

Separate them with commas: 1-3, 4-7, 8. Each range becomes its own file. A single number extracts that one page.

Can I download everything at once?

Yes. When there is more than one result you get a ZIP button alongside the individual downloads.

Do the split files keep their quality?

Yes. Pages are copied without being re-compressed.

What happens if I enter a page that does not exist?

CLEKARA tells you how many pages the document actually has and which page you asked for, before processing anything.
