In short

CLEKARA's six tools process your files inside your browser, so they do not need to send them to our servers in order to do the work. We do not store your documents, we do not keep copies of them, and we cannot read them.

We do not ask you to register, we do not use analytics, and we do not show advertising.

Who is responsible

This site is operated by CLEKARA, Peru. For any question about this policy you can write to hello@clekara.com.

How your files are handled

When you select a file, your browser reads it into memory and the tool works on it there. The result is generated on your device and downloaded from it. At no point does the content of your file travel to a CLEKARA server.

Once you leave or reload the page, everything the tool was holding disappears from memory. Nothing is kept between visits.

If a PDF is password-protected, the password you type stays in memory for that operation alone. It is never stored or transmitted.

What our hosting provider sees

The site is served through Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical data involved in delivering a page: your IP address, your browser's user agent and the address requested. That is how it knows to send you a page — it does not give it access to the contents of the files you process.

Some libraries used by the tools may be requested from a public content delivery network. That request also carries your IP address and user agent, and again never the contents of your documents.

What we store in your browser

One single value: your light or dark theme preference, saved under the key clekara-theme. It stays on your device, it is not sent anywhere, and you can delete it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

We do not use cookies, we do not use analytics and we do not use tracking pixels.

Advertising

CLEKARA currently shows no advertising and loads no advertising code. If that changes, this policy will be updated beforehand and, where the law requires it, you will be asked for consent before any advertising cookie is set.

Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, write to hello@clekara.com and we will respond.

Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
