See, change or remove PDF metadata
A PDF carries hidden information: who wrote it, with which program, when. Check it, correct the title shown in browsers, or wipe everything before you share the file.

or pick a file from your device

- Press Save properties and download the PDF.
Why the title matters, and what the XMP block is
The Title property is what browsers show in the tab and what search engines often use for a PDF — a file called “Document1” looks careless. Setting a real title and author makes a document look finished.
Many PDFs repeat their metadata in a hidden XMP block, which several viewers read first. CLEKARA removes it when you save, so the old author or title cannot reappear somewhere.
Worth knowing
Metadata is separate from the content: names written inside the pages are not touched.
Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.
