- Tap where you want to write and type. Choose the font (Helvetica, Times or Courier), bold, size and color. Use Cover to hide something with a white box and Highlight to mark a line.
- Drag each item into place, resize it with its corner, and press Save and download PDF.
Your text becomes part of the page
Each text, box and mark is written into the page itself, so it looks the same in every viewer and on paper. Text in Latin alphabets is written as real, selectable text with the standard PDF fonts; other alphabets are drawn as a sharp image so they always display.
To change a word that is already printed — a wrong date, a misspelt name — put a Cover box over it and type the correction on top. The box matches the paper colour, so the result looks clean.
Items can be moved to another page by dragging them, copied to every page with one button, and nudged with the arrow keys on a computer.
Worth knowing
Cover hides text visually, but the original text is still inside the file and could be copied. Do not use it to remove confidential information.
This tool adds new content; it does not change the existing text of the PDF letter by letter.
